Dhyan Darshan Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities through meditation and mindfulness training programs.
Since our establishment, our dedicated team of volunteers and staff from diverse backgrounds have worked tirelessly to promote our cause under the guidance of our Founding Director and Meditation Mentor Charu Thapliyal. With her unique expertise and experience in Indian Philosophy and Meditation, we strive to spread the benefits of the practice of Anapanasati meditation to everyone.
